Rules
- 1Only 23 players may be registered per team.
- Player lending is not permitted.
- A registered player who has played minutes may not play for another registered team during the tournament.
- 2Slide tackles and offsides are allowed (4 referees on the field).
- 3Card fines: $10 yellow · $30 red.
- A red card for a brutal or malicious foul may result in a suspension of up to 5 matches depending on severity.
- A player who does not pay their fine will not be allowed to play.
- 4Match duration: 40 minutes per half.
- 3 whistle blows — the clock starts on the third.
- Substitutions must be made at midfield with the fourth referee and approval of the central referee.
- Unlimited substitutions with referee authorization.
- A player without their credential card may not play.
- 5No aggression of any kind — physical or verbal — toward management, opposing players, teammates, or supporters.
- A player who starts a fight or assaults a referee, teammate, or supporter will be permanently banned.
- If both teams start a brawl during a match, both teams are automatically disqualified.
- Supporters who insult players or referees will be fined; if they refuse to leave, the game is suspended and the team loses 3 points.
- 6All players must wear matching kits with a visible number — no duplicate numbers.
- Teams have until Matchday 4 to get their full kit; by Matchday 5 full kit (including shin guards and cleats) is mandatory.
- A player without a kit will not play.
- No two teams may wear the same color.
- The goalkeeper must wear a color different from both teams.
- Aluminum cleats are prohibited.
- 7No jewelry, regular watches, smartwatches, piercings, chains, bracelets, rings, glasses, etc.
- Only small earrings are allowed.
- 8Captains will be given a printed player list (with names and numbers) before each match.
- 9Referee fee: $200 per match, payable before the game.
- Payment must be made at the start or end of the first half — otherwise the match is suspended.
- 10The player list will be reviewed by the fourth referee.
- 11All results and bookings will be published on the app and in the captains' group.
- 12Captains and players are responsible for cleaning up their area.
- A team that leaves trash will be fined $100.
- 13Only the captain may speak to the referee — including during substitutions.
- 14Alcohol and marijuana are prohibited before and during the match.
- A player detected with alcohol breath or under the influence will be ejected (red card).
- A player detected with marijuana will be ejected (red card).
- If the referee witnesses a player smoking marijuana or drinking alcohol they will be ejected (red card).
- 15Maximum wait time for either team: 15 minutes — otherwise the late team forfeits.
- If a team arrives late, time will be deducted from their half.
- 16A team that does not show up will receive an economic penalty of $200 and will forfeit the match points.
- 17A player who leaves the field without notifying the referee will receive a yellow card.
- 18Any team that cannot field a complete side must have a minimum of 8 players to start — otherwise they forfeit.
- 19Captains must arrive with their team 30 minutes early.
- 20Credential cards:
- The league will provide 23 credential cards per team.
- Replacement cost: $10 each.
- A photo of each player is required before the tournament starts.
- Deadline to submit photos: April 30, 2026.
- 21All parties must respect and abide by everything stated in this document.
